Refund Policy

    1. Subscription Refunds

    Workbench subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Due to the nature of our Service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is appropriate.

    2. Refund Eligibility

    Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

    • Service Issues: If the Service is unavailable or non-functional for an extended period due to our error
    • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period
    • Unauthorized Charges: If your account was charged without your authorization

    3. Refund Process

    To request a refund:

    1. Contact us at support@workbenchpro.io with your account email and reason for refund
    2. Include details about the issue or circumstances
    3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
    4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days

    4. Non-Refundable Items

    The following are not eligible for refunds:

    • Partial month usage after cancellation
    • Subscription fees for periods where the Service was available and functional
    • Fees for services already rendered
    • Refunds requested more than 30 days after the charge date

    5. Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for the remaining period after cancellation.

    6. Plan Changes

    If you upgrade your plan, the new rate applies immediately, and you will be charged the full amount for the new plan. If you downgrade your plan, the new rate applies at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for plan downgrades.

    7. Chargebacks

    If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly initiate chargebacks without valid reasons.

    8. Enterprise Plans

    Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of your enterprise agreement. Please contact your account manager or support@workbenchpro.io for enterprise refund inquiries.

    10. Changes to This Policy

    We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
